Nothing is Impossible: Creativity Week
If you can imagine it, you can create it! Design and construct marble towers, kites, and more. We will continue investigating by taking a trip to the Science Center of Iowa in Des Moines.
Engineering Your Dreams: Technology Week
Explore technology through robotics. We’ll also be learning more about technology by accessing various apps such as Scratch, Dubsmash/Lip Synch, and Mekorama. We’ll take a break and spend some time outside on a field trip to McFarland Park this week!
Created to Create: Art Week
Discover your inner artist as we color, paint, draw, and possibly learn to knit (oh my!). We will welcome a local artist who will guide us as we create some fun projects. A trip to the Des Moines Zoo will add to the fun!
Imagination at Work: Creativity Week II
Join us as we dive into the world of movie making. You can create your own movie using Stop Motion, write a script and enlist others to star in your movie, or work behind the scene of someone else’s movie. The possibilities are endless!
